That depends on your volume and on how many steps use AI. AI services charge per document or per request, while ordinary software steps such as rules and scheduled jobs don't carry that fee. We use AI only in the steps that need it, which keeps the running cost down.
We cost one process at a time, after a walkthrough call. We don't publish prices, because the cost depends on volume and on how many exceptions the process has. You own the code we write for you.
We won't quote an accuracy figure before we've seen your data. We test on a sample of your real documents or records and show you the results. When the software isn't sure about a case, it hands that case to a person, and staff can correct any result.
Your staff. The software proposes and they accept, change or reject it, and each decision is logged with who made it and when. For example, AI can pull the data out of a document, and a staff member reviews it before it's accepted.
We're ISO 27001 certified and we build to GDPR. We can host in an EU region or set it up in your own cloud account. Tell us your rules at the start, whether that's EU-only hosting, SOC 2, or data that must stay on your own servers.
For a tool that only your own team uses, you might, and we'll tell you if that's the better route. Processes that touch your customers or outside partners, run through older systems with no API, or handle sensitive data need proper security, testing against the messy cases and someone to keep them running after launch.
