what it is

AI development is the work of designing, building and shipping software that uses artificial intelligence to do something useful. Responsible AI and security

AI products fail in ways normal software doesn't. They can be wrong with confidence, leak data, or be talked into things they shouldn't do. We plan for that.

Every build goes through an evaluation step that checks accuracy, bias, prompt attacks and running cost, before launch and after each change. Sensitive data is handled under ISO 27001 practices and GDPR, with privacy designed into the architecture rather than added later. Our responsible-AI work isn't theory: the Equality AI fairness platform we built won a Webby in 2024.
