Scrum Master
We are looking for a Scrum Master who can create healthy team dynamics and Agile compliance in order to ensure the successful delivery of web & mobile apps for our clients and in-house projects. Help us drive the company culture by embodying and promoting company values actively!

Make sure that the Scrum/Agile framework is applied and take initiative to address potential deviations;

Create a strong team cohesion, keep motivation and engagement high by making work fun;

Facilitate Scrum events, keep notes of improvements and make sure to follow up on agreed actions;

Remove impediments for the team and help them deliver successfully at a good pace;

Offer feedback to team members to drive performance and protect team dynamics;

Onboard new colleagues into your team, offer them guidance, and supervise their trial period;

Be involved in team member performance reviews and act as a career coach for them;

Organize team events regularly, with the help of other support roles.

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating project teams in a fast-paced agile environment;

Formal Agile/Scrum Master certification (optionally);

Have facilitated a project team based on a Scrum framework, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Scrums;
-
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban) (optionally);
-
Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Romanian;
-
A good understanding of the tech stack and the start-to-end app development process;
-
Be a business savvy specialist that can evaluate the context in order to make sound decisions.
